<p>As I began scouring the internet looking for honest reviews, away from the sales page, I began to notice bad signals.</p>
<p>Not only were people not getting anywhere near the results they expected, but they were also very angry at the pricing of the product.</p>
<p>You see, you can get the Ab Circle for just $14.95 for 30 days but then you gotta fork out another $34.50 on shipping and handling which you can’t get a refund for. Not only this, but if you don’t like the Ab Circle Pro, you’ve then gotta pay another $34.50 just to send it back, so that’s $70 you need to pay even if you don’t want it!</p>
<p>Then If you don’t want a refund, you have to pay 5 payments of $39.95 each. That brings the total to a staggering $200+, and from the reviews I have read on the Ab Circle Pro, I don’t believe this is worth it.</p>

You see, he used to be a very naturally skinny guy, and often drank quite a lot and often went on binges on nights out. However when he decided to build muscle, he made a decision to quit drinking completely; not just cut down but actually stop drinking. This left me puzzled, but after reading this article, you’ll understand why you shouldn’t mix muscle building and alcohol.</p>
<p>When you are trying to build muscle, what you’re body needs are plenty of nutritious calories in order to supply your muscles. Do you actually know how many calories there are in just one shot of vodka? It’s between 70-100, which means that 4 shots of vodka could add on 400 calories! Now hardgainers may think “great, I need to up my calorie intake to gain muscle” but these are completely empty and useless calories, not healthy nutritious ones. This is a big difference.</p>
<p>Not only this, but alcohol dehydrates the body, including muscle cells. <p>So, let’s tackle the first question I asked: Why does our fat loss goals hit a plateau at some point? You see, when you consume less calories, initially you will be burning more calories than usual so you will lose a bit of weight. However after a while your body will get used to this reduced calorie intake and adapt, allowing it to perform efficiently at this new level, which doesn’t do your weight loss goals any good.</p>
